RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that if your product has been worn, any return options are completely void. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@saintoliveira.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as non-stocked items, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, returns are not accepted for items purchased through part-exchange or special offers.
Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@saintoliveira.com
